Description:

Burton and South Derbyshire College have had reoccurring business relations with ORS for many years now and have recently required an installation regarding their biome and health and social areas, which our team happily assisted in these requests in order to accomplish what they were envisioning.

With the help of our free 3D planning service, we were able to propose a realistic visualisation of the college areas, and so once confirming the client was happy and satisfied with the results of our proposal, the installation process was able to take place.

As requested by Burton College themselves, we used a mix of new and used furniture, with sustainability being an important factor towards the type of pieces that was used.

When using new furniture throughout the Biome area, we used Quest, a sustainable fabric that is recycled from used plastics in the ocean which contributes towards ecological impact.

As for the colour scheme used, we decided to keep it fun and colourful, using Pledge office chairs to reflect the youthfulness of the college, alongside Evolution bench desks which complement the seating nicely.

In their health and social area, we supplied all furniture to recreate a living space for students to envision a realistic bedroom to practise their studies. In addition to this, we also supplied sofas and soft seating for their kitchen/common room, continuing the pops of colour to maintain the lively theme.

Our installation team successfully completed the project, and we are all extremely pleased with the outcome of Burton College’s biome and health and social areas.
