For those who need their furniture sooner, we also provide expedited delivery options at an additional cost, allowing you to receive your items in as little as 2-3 business days. All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners who specialise in the careful handling and transportation of office furniture.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as we can. All items have approximate lead times on the individual listing, ranging from next day to 3-4 weeks. If you have specific requirements for your delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we can look to fulfil your order when you need it.
All furniture from ORS UK is flat-packed. However, we do offer assembly as an additional service, so you can have our professional installation team deliver, build, and position your furniture exactly where you need it. This ensures everything is set up safely and ready to use without the hassle of self-assembly.
Delivery charges are presented at checkout, depending on the amount you have ordered and the distance between you and our warehouse.
If you’re interested in our assembly service, we ask you to clear the office space before our arrival so we can get straight to work. As well as this – to ensure business runs as smoothly as possible – make sure to tell all staff members who will be affected prior to your delivery date. Is your business also investing in building work? Please make sure this is all complete before we head to your office and advise us of any required PPE.
