Burton Barrel Roll 2024

Supporting the local community and promoting our head office, which is based in Burton, is an important aspect at ORS. And so, when we were proposed with the opportunity to become a part of the Burton Barrel Roll sculpture trail, organised by the team at Making Trails, we knew that this was a project that we wanted to be involved in.

A key step in the beginning stages of becoming a sponsor of the Burton Barrel Roll, involved choosing our design for our barrel. Following our values of sustainability and maintaining an environmentally friendly identity, we knew that we wanted to reflect this in our barrel. Which is why we were immediately drawn to the design that we have chosen.

Representing nature, eco friendliness and sustainability in the flowers and bees, alongside the bright pink coloured background felt the best suited for ORS and we are more than happy with our final design.

To gain more insight into the process of the sculpture trail, a couple of the team members at ORS had the pleasure of being invited down to get a quick preview of our sponsored barrel, before the trail went live, as well as viewing a few of the other amazing barrels from other sponsors.

After discussing with the team at making trails, as well as meeting the many other barrel backers, it was finally time for the release date, and for the people of Burton to finally take part in the sculpture trail.

We’ve all loved seeing members of the public getting involved with the trail and taking photos with the barrels on social media to not only promote the local businesses of Burton, but also help the community come together and gain more attraction for the city.
